  2. I get an error message that says the Rocketboost Control server could not be found. What do I do?
Your phone app communicates with the Rocketboost Control Computer Software on your computer. You get this message when the phone app loses the connection to the Rocketboost Control Computer Software running on your computer. Make sure that:
    • The Rocketboost Control Computer Software on your Windows computer is installed and running.
    • The Rocketboost wireless sender/receiver is connected to your Windows PC via USB.
    • Your Windows computer is connected to a WiFi router.
    • Your iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch is connected to that same WiFi network. Refer to your iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch documentation for more information on connecting to a wireless network.
    • Your WiFi network is operating correctly. Refer to the documentation that came with your router for more information.
  3. The source I want to connect to is not shown. What happened to it?
Make sure the source you want to connect to is not disabled. See Enable and disable sources.

Select None (Computer Audio) from the Change Player menu on the Sources, then start playing your Internet radio audio on your computer.

You must first ungroup the group using the Receiver Groups option in the Create Receiver Group menu. Adjust the volumes of individual receivers, then regroup the receivers.

    • Make sure that the Rocketboost Control Application volume on your iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch is not muted.
    • Make sure that the Rocketboost Control Computer Software volume on your computer is not muted.
    • Make sure that the volume in Windows Media Player or iTunes is not muted and is set to at least 50%.
    • The Rocketboost wireless sender/receiver (RF-RBUSB) can send audio from either the USB or the LINE IN jacks. If the LINE IN LED on the front of the wireless sender/receiver is on, the audio connected to the LINE IN jack is sent instead of the audio from your computer. Press USB In on your wireless sender/receiver remote control to switch to USB input.
